I’m back again with a quick and super easy little project for you. I first saw this about a year ago on Pinterest and thought it was very clever and then forgot about it. It is the first time I actually tried something I saw on Pinterest. This one is very low risk people.
I wanted to add something to the vintage lockers in RJ’s room and came up with this.
Grab your keys and some coordinating nail polish and topcoat. Paint a couple of coats of nail polish on the upper part of your keys and finish off with the topcoat to protect it all. I used masking tape for a crisp line. I had to number my keys to make sure I didn’t switch them up as they where not all the same. Each door has it’s own specific key.
I then used this giraffe garland I bought at Leenbakker. These giraffes are little blackboards so perfect to label my keys and doors. I took the garland apart and drilled a hole where I wanted it and recycled the rope.
Easy peasy right!?
Tomorrow the ‘for now’ reveal of RJ’s big boy room.
